I have a basic vb.net form that stores information in a sql database on our coroporate intranet. It also has a file upload form that stores the uploaded files on the server. Once the .doc is uploaded, is it possible for others to add comments to the Word document and save their edits? How do I grant permissions to do that, and get the .doc to open with word instead of Internet Explorer?
