Rating engine

Hi,I want to implement a rating and user behavior capturing engine in our Asp.nnt website which can enable users in doing the following  1) We can check the user behaviors like Amazon where website suggests that the person who has bought this book     has also shown interest in other books(books name given).  2) Users can give rating and feedback to the articles published on the website like any blog and store it in database for future retrival.

Please suggest solution and products to achieve this

Cheers
