How to pass user credentials to web application with windows authentication?

I have a web application with forms authentication.
When user submits his username and password to this application he validates against Active Directory.

There is another web application with windows integrated authentication.
First application(forms auth) should redirect to the second application(windows auth).

How should I pass user credentials to the second application?
