RegEx

Hi All,
I am trying to catpure everything with double quotes inside the id tag of a string.
example string: <div id=\"Section_One\" contenteditable=\"false\" unselectable=\"on\">


I want to capture the "Section_One


Please help, I tried this but it doesn't work:
string pattern = @"(?<=id)[a-zA-Z]*?(?=\")";
Regex r = new Regex(pattern);
string section = r.Match(strContent[i].ToString()).Value.ToString();
