Convert Decimal to Farthest Value

Hi,

How do you convert a decimal by rounding it to the farthest value? I can't find my answer here 'http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-gb/library/system.math.round.aspx'

2.1 = 3
2.4 = 3
2.9 = 3
