Hi, I have seen many posts on this and the replies but none is working for me. May be someone has another idea about it...
I have a page with a 'New' button. When I click on it, the btn_click server side event handler REDIRECTS the page to another URL displaying a new page. But this page has some long-running calculation to do. The page consists of a header with TAB menu and a table with the results of the calculations. I would like to do the following when I click on 'New' button:
- Display the header with Tab menu of the next page.
- Display 'Loading, Please wait' label.
- When the calculation finishes, make the label 'Loading, Please wait' disappear and replace it with the table of results.
I have not been successful at this at all. What I can do is when I click 'New' button, I can display the 'Loading, Please ...
