I never used the dataset command before that's why I'm not sure if I should use it for my task. I have to loop over an amount of data (I get the data via webservice call, just mailaddresses ) and insert it into the table. is there a way to store just the unique mailaddress values in the table, whats the normal way of doing this . There are many duplicates and I don't want to do it via " if already in table, do nothing , else insert mailaddress..
