Just a quick question regarding the use of <timeToleranceInSeconds> in our WSE request. We have set the tolerance to 86400 (for 24hrs) however, WSE is still rejecting services if the user has their time set to greater than 3hr 59min forward of the expected UTC time for the users locale. For some reason 4hours seems to be the threshold irrespective of server locale or user locale. Requests made up to 24hrs in arrears are accepted as expected.
for example: server locale is GMT & UTC is 6am, user locale is Sydney with UTC 4pm. If the user where to change the time to 7:58pm the request is accepted HOWEVER if the time is set to 8:02pm the requet is rejected.
Does anyone know how to realise the full 24hrs in tolernace? Or is there some other configuration as expected?
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
