How to Save Unique Files With File Upload Control

Hi,

I want to save resumes from the user into my  a folder  situated in my directory.

I am taking users data from outside and saving it in database .

I am aslo having File Upload control on it.

Now I want the feature that there should be link between Dtabase saved entry and the resume which u have saved of that user in the folder .

 

That is In future if i want to get the resume of the user How Will I know That the particluar resume is of that particular resume.
