How might i access the anonymous profile from within the Global.aspx file

Hi, i want to generate an anoymous CustomerID when the SessionOnstart event fires, after diggin a little i thought the profile.UserID would work and i could use that as my customerID, SO as soon as the sessionOnstart event fires i want to create the CustomerID and it would be great if i could match that ID to the profile.UserID  but after looking thru some code i cant seem to figure out how to get the anoymous profile to give me the anoymous profile.UserID, ie how can i access the anonymous profile, my profile code is working fine so things are set up there

 I know i need something like the code below but that code executes when i click on the Continue button in the Registration Wizard/login wizard, hmm the CreateUser wizard,
