adding a new table to membership database(aspnetdb) and adding constraints

hello friends,
I want to add a new table to the membership database that will contain the information(id,path,name of file, date of uploading) for the uploaded files by the users...now i want keep the record of which file is uploaded by which user...so how to add the relationship between the user id(foreign key) and the file id(primary key)...
