Interface with ASP.NET Integrated Security

I need to create a custom interface with ASP.NET integrated security (WSAT) to create Users. Is there a way I can do this? Or better yet is there a way I can call the existing integrated security pages for creating users and add my own style sheets and design to so that I can integrate this into my app?
