Hi,
I have just uninstalled VS2005 on my XP computer and installed VS2008. But i still have iis6 . I have copied my vs2005 website to vs2008 . But when i presss F5 I get the message ' Unable to start debugging because Integrated windows authentication is not enabled' . I have unchecked 'Enable Integrated windows authentication' In Internet Explorer Options -> Advanced -> Security.
and also in Control Panel -> Administrative tools -> IIS -> Web Site ->Properties -> Directory security . Is it because vs2008 requires IIS7 with IIS6 Compatibility ? If so how do i install IIS7 on my XP machine ?
