Javascript function not working in IIS

Hi All,
I have below Javascript code to open a webpage in fullscreen mode, no toolbar etc:
"javascript:window.open('Default3.aspx?ID=" + quizid + "', 'NewWindow', 'toolbar=no,location=no,directories=no,status=no,menubar=no,scrollbars=yes,resizable=yes,fullscreen=yes');" It opens as expected (Without the toolbar) in the VS2005 IDE but after i move the page to IIS, the toobar appears with the close button. My main intent is to hide the close button (toobar in the page).
Any help, please.
