User.Identity.IsAuthenticated is false after log in

When click  menu A second times User.Identity.IsAuthenticated is alway false ??
Why ?
If User.Identity.IsAuthenticated = False Then
                Response.Redirect("login.aspx")
End If

I have tested in local is ok but it has problem in server.
