Something Wrong with NavigateURL Property...

Hi,

I am trying to get a hyperlink's NavigateURL property to work.  Here is what I have:

 

NavigateUrl="~/SignIn_Default.aspx?ForwardToPage=Profile_Post.aspx?PostID=<%# lblPostID.Text %>"

 

This part "~/SignIn_Default.aspx?ForwardToPage=Profile_Post.aspx?PostID=" is always the same.  I want to append the end of it though with the text property of the lblPostID control.  How do I do this?
