I cannot retrieve a custom objects properties from an arraylist

I have tried for hours and hours to find a solution to this simple problem. It would be appreciated if someone could provide the solution.

All I want to do is retrieve a custom object's properties from an arraylist

Im not sure if im explaining this correctly but I created a property accessor to hold a custom object and placed this code in the App_code folder.
