ASP.net code to put value into Excel then display calculated cell value on page

I want a round trip like ASP.Net Page's input control (eg textbox + buttonclick) > update a particular Excel cell > Excel calculated an output value in another cell > Save this Excel (optional) > ASP.Net page display it on screen.
