I am sure there is an easy fix for this... I hope.
Dropdownlist "Master" is bound to a field in a table and it has its own datasource of values for the dropdownlist
Dropdownlist "Detail" is bound to a field in the same table and it has its own datasource of detail values with the master control as the Select Parameter.
When a value is picked from the dropdownlists on the master, I get the following error on the detail dropdownlist control:
"Databinding methods such as Eval(), XPath(), and Bind() can only be used in the context of a databound control."
This is within a gridview. VB 2008 and using linq for the datasource.
