For a project I?m currently working on we have two visual studio solutions. In the first solution we are working with a SqlMembershipProvider. In the second solution we are working with an ActiveDirectoryMembershipProvider. Both providers work as they should be without any problems.
The problem starts when I want to use both providers in a single solution. When I add both my providers to my Web.config I get the following error at runtime when I call Membership.Providers in my code:
The specified directory service attribute or value does not exist. (?\\Configuration\\membership.config line 16?)
