GridView Row Tooltip styling

Hello,


I set the gridview row tooltip like this:

My first problem is that the tooltip does not seem to appear. The second one is, if it looks like any other tooltip I wonder
if it is possible to make it look nicer. Just like the AJAX ValidatorCallOut for example.
Searching in this forum led me to s DHTML solution but I that does not seem to work with my dynamic - tooltips.


Any ideas?
