Why can't I assign "From" MailAddress when I send email?

I use the following code to send email, no matter I click Botton1 or Botton2, I can only receive a email
I find I can't receive email if I use the email address fromAnother = "anotherFrom@big.com"? Why?
Does it mean that I must use the email addess which host is SmtpClient's host? Thanks!
