I have an ASP.NET Web Service Application that seems only to run 5 threads on Server 2003/IIS 6. The CPU is doing nothing. The profiling code I have added lists only 5 different thread IDs over 1000 calls to the web service - even though I am hammering it with 100 threads externally. Internally each request takes less than 200ms to execute, but externally threads queue up for up to 7 seconds.
Does anyone have any ideas how to increase the number of threads in the pool servicing my web service?
