Create an aspnetdb.mdf inside APP_DATA using (local) instance

Hi
Is possible create an aspnetdb.mdf inside APP_DATA without use .\SQLEXPRESS as a data source?
In my web.config I have this:
<add name="ApplicationServices"
         connectionString="data source=.\SQLEXPRESS;Integrated Security=SSPI;AttachDBFilename=|DataDirectory|\aspnetdb.mdf;User Instance=true"
         providerName="System.Data.SqlClient" />
But, I don't have SQL Express installed in my computer. I had SQL Server 2008 r2 Developer Edition. How can I use this instance of SQL to create a aspnetdb.mdf inside my APP_DATA automatically when I run my web application?
