Defining Users Roles in web.config

Is there any way of defining what role(s) a user belongs to inside web.config?
Example
I have the following users defined in my web.config

       <authentication mode="Forms">
            <forms loginUrl="Default.aspx" protection="All" timeout="30" path="/">
                <credentials passwordFormat="Clear">
                    <user name="test1" password="test1" />
                    <user name="test2" password="test2" />
                </credentials>
