Get page title or http--......

Hi Friends,

I want to save Title, if title is there for URL provided in the textbox and click submit buton should get Title and if title is not present then I should get http--aspnet.4guysfromrolla.com/London for http://aspnet.4guysfromrolla.com/London/. 

For getting Title I wrote the below code and it is fetching the title but the above specified url doent have title in the page and throwing erorr,

so I need to get http--aspnet.4guysfromrolla.com/London
