Launching IE

I am curious if there is a way to set the size of IE when it opens. For example, from the run command I type 'iexplore.exe' and bingo IE opens. What I would like to be able to do is have IE open to a specific size? We have a legacy application and launch a variety of ASPX pages with new logic from the old application. This works well and give's clients a fresh look however we don't always want IE to be full screen or at the same position it was last opened. Rather we might want it to open in a small window dead center of the screen like a traditional Windows Form.
