I have a simple web application who's application pool idenity is set to local administrator. I needs to be in order to execute dirquota.exe, a FSRM command line tool. Now, having it on *administrator* fails to authenticate domain users. Setting to app pool identity to its original *Network Service* makes the windows authentication part work as expected, but then, of cource, I can't run the command line tool.
(windows server 2008 with IIS 7)
