Okay, so I'm working on a new project that serves to automate the mutli-party filling out of a PDF.  Here's basically the theoretical workflow:
1. User fills out half a web form.
2. User prints pdf template autofilled with the data entered above.
3. User digitally signs that pdf and uploads it.
So now, we have a PDF that a user has filled out and digitally signed.  Here's the tricky part:
4. Manager fills out the other half of the web form, whose data gets appended to that same pdf.
5. Manager downloads completed PDF, digitally signs and re-uploads it.
So, I have a pdf that's been opened to edit twice and digitally signed twice by two separate parties.  All the data elements have to be stored in a database so that reports and queries can be run.  How do I make this happen in ASP.Net?
