Redirecting page

 Hi,
How can i redirect the user from redirectingpage... for example i have 3 pages
LoginPage, RedirectPage, and MainPage.... when the user log in to the LoginPage it will direct to the RedirectPage to notify that the user logged as NameofUser and It will redirect to a MainPage or to the Page want the user go... and btw how to make a redirecting a page in 5 secs?
