Beta 2 changed the behavior of bubbling events such that if Handled property is set to true by an element A, then elements up the chain from A do not get that event. Post beta 2, to enable scenarios where event processing is necessary regardless of being handled or not, we have added the following methods on the Control class:

protected virtual void OnKeyDown(KeyEventArgs e);
