e.Exception

I am using the CreateUserWizard to add a user to the aspnet user and membership tables and at the same time add additional information to two more tables (userInfo and medErrors).   I added an e.Exception  for both the inserts of the additional tables.
 
The e,Exception works as expected for a failed insert to the userInfo table (SqlDataSource1), but does not work for a failed insert to the medErrors table (SqlDataSourceMedErrors).  I get an ?Invalid obje ...
