Online page in testing

I am using the registration service of the service provider as implied by this page : http://www.regonline.com/Checkin.asp?EventId=775539
 
With the help of source code, tell me how can u differentiate b/w this page in testing phase(initially for the trial period) from one that have cleared testing phase(after this trial period ).
plz don't consider the blinking text (IN TESTING MODE) in ur answer.
