page base authentication

Dear All,
i have many pages in my application, now first of all i want to give User to different Authentication mean one can access one page and other may not access that page and so on..
and after that i give authorization that one can view and add on that page and other may only authority of view and delete on same page...
For obove perpose which Authentication is best and how i will do that...
