How to run scheduled query saved in file in Express 2008?

I would like to know how schedule task which automaticly run SQL query saved in file "Report.sql". To be more concrete.
I have query "Report.sql" saved in folder C:\Reports\Report.sql. This is just SELECT statement and statement which saves result to file.  I want to schedule task which run this file every day at 2:00AM. I know that Express version of MS SQL Server doesn't have a Agent. Is there any posibility to run it for example through Windows Task Scheduler and SQLCMD? Or any other way which will work, will be extremly helpful.
