change date format while use inline code

I am using inline code . I have datalist on my page and I show Date/Time Field from DB using this line
<asp:Label ID="DaTE_L1" runat="server" Text='<%# Eval("Reldate")%>' />
using the above line would show the result in this format "6/30/2008 12:00:00 AM "
But I would like to change format as 6 January 2006 ,...
I know how to do it while using code behind. But I do'nt know to handle it while
using inline code.
