You have mostly probably seen this Question. ServerMethod "Mymethod" failed question in this froum.
A brief insight of what is happening.
I'm having a textbox.When the User Enters a Customer in the textbox, i check If it is in the database and give back a message,if it is not.
I Call javascript to do this. In this Javascript i use Pagemethods to call web method .
but i was getting an error "Server method "MyMethod" Failed.
I checked with Code, And nothing was wrong in it.
Now i checked the Application Log. I see that the message from webmethod, is being reedirected to another page, which did not call it
The WebMethod,The Javascript Function, The textBox is in a page " B.aspx " but the message is getting redirected to another Page A.aspx
