Didtributed Transaction using TransactionScope()

I am trying to insert data in two different databases on different server in a single transaction. I am using TransactionScope for this pupose but when I try to open second connection it gives me error "Communication with the underlying transaction manager has failed." DTC is configured and working on the server. Any help would be appreciated. I am using the follwoin method
