Hi,

I've created a Silverlight control in a much larger asp.net app. - behind is a SQL Server DB fully Linq'd.

I'm trying to pass data to the Silverlight control through a simple asmx service - but as soon as the data gets to any size I get the (404) Not found error. I've spent a day trying to fix this and have come to the conclusion that it's definately a size issue:

If I change it so that a string is returned it works fine.

If I change it to only send back a single row from a table (Linq entity) with no relationships it works fine.

As soon as I try and send an entity with multiple relationships it falls over.
From what I've read this is likely to be because of the amount of data - I've increased the values in the ServiceReferences.ClientConfig and this has made no difference.

Other posts have talked about changing web.config values ...
