Problem with File Upload

I use web control File Upload, I want to catch error when users enter a string which is not a file name or path (ex: "146487crhfiu").

However, in my website, when I entered same string, It didn't run or stop any line in my code. It seemingly catch error

Please help me what method I can catch that error. Thanks a lot
