Dropdown data display

Hi, 

I have two dropdownlist to which I want to insert data from database.

First dropdown is for country and second dropdown is for States

For the first dropdown I am able to insert the list of countries from the database.

When i select a country in this dropdown (Autopostback=true), it should display the list of states of that country from the database.

I am using SelectedIndexChanged event.

Now how can I use the loop to display the data for the second dropdown?
