WorkFlowRuntime.StartRunTIme throws System.ComponentModel.Win32Exception: Access is denied

Hi!

 I am using WorkFlowFoundation in SharePoint site. Currently the sharepoint site is running on windows authentication with anonymous access on. When i try to access the site using anonymous user and start WF workflow from code in user control, it throws exception when on StartRunTime() Method.

if i start the workflow from authenticated user it works smoothly. Anonymous user ...
