How to store a file (xml file) on client machine?

Hi,

I'm developing a an application in which requirement is like that i have to store xml file on user's machine whenever he logged first time. when user login again i vl check that xml file which is stored earlier if exist then read it and do the next action.
Uptill now i have created a xml file on server side (Below is code) and i want to store this on client machine
