I'm currently doing a price giveaway application, like people can enter the competition online and they will get a chance to win a trip to Mexico. One of the requirement is to enable webmasters to
create form dynamically. e.g. webmasters can choose 2 textboxes and 1
radiobutton to appear in the form (with labels), and users can fill in the
information then submit to the website database.
Unfortunately,
I don't even know where to start to build something like this. I've
tried googled it, and couldn't find anything related. Can some one give
me some ideas on how to do this please? or maybe someone has already done
this before? Cheers very much in advance.
