create roles error

hi,
I'm following the tutorial about creating a role for a small project, and when I insert the code into the CreateRoleButton it occurs this errors!
 
"CS1061: 'ASP.roles_manageroles_aspx' does not contain a definition for
'CreateRoleButton_Click' and no extension method 'CreateRoleButton_Click'
accepting a first argument of type 'ASP.roles_manageroles_aspx' could be found
(are you missing a using directive or an assembly reference?)"
 and also this one
 Error    3    The type or namespace name 'CreateRole' does not exist in the namespace 'Login.Roles' (are you missing an assembly reference?)    Login\Roles\ManageRoles.aspx.cs    23    23    Login
