Have a country radioList and a states DDL, both with AutoPostBack="true".
If I click on the country, its SelectedIndexChanged gets called as expected. If after I change the country, I select a state, not only does the state's SelectedIndexChanged get called, but the country's SelectedIndexChanged is again called. Eventhough it did not change!
Trying to determine what the problem was I stripped my page down to just these controls and I still get the same problem:
