Are ASP.NET Application Services compliant to WS-Security?

Hi, I have a project where mobile devices have to call several web services. For security I found very convenient the Application Services solution because it allows me to use ASP.NET membership system which I am very familiar with.

But my project has one clear SPEC: secured services must be WS-* compliant! So, are these Application Services WS-* compliant?
