I am using the asp.net Login control and handling the mentioned events.
Ideally I want to create a cookie on the OnAuthenticate event as I am doing custon authentication and then returning data from a webservice with the username/password.
However, I have found that on the OnAuthenticate event when I do the following code it all works but then on the next page the cookie is not there. If I do it on the OnLoggedIn event the cookie is then visible on the next page. Is there a reason for this, I assume it has something to do with the .ASPXAUTH cookie being created at the same time?
