A: What are you looking to accomplish? If you have multiple images in a single record, you will need to have multiple fields. This is generally a bad idea. I would just add multiple records, and then create some other database technique to join them. Perhaps:
PictureGroup
---------------
PictureGroupID
PictureGroupName
-- Whatever else...
Picture
--------
PictureID
PictureGroupID
Picture
This way, if you have multiple related pictures, you can create multiple picture records that point to the single PictureGroup record.
