Implementing 2-Way SSL (Mutual Authentication) in ASP.Net web application

I'm researching 2-way SSL to web application because client requests the change at last minute.   My ASP.Net web application runs Dot Net 3.5 running under Windows Server 2003 I have found this excellent article http://www.codeproject.com/Articles/326574/An-Introduction-to-Mutual-SSL-Authentication I can find nothing about 2-way SSL from ASP.Net web application perspective.  I am stumble because I found many articles discussing 2-way SSL in isolation, which uses console application to demonstrate the concept.  But nothing comes close to explain 2-way SSL with ASP.Net. What's clear to me is to take these steps related to IIS setup 1.    Install certificates through Certificates MMC. 2.    Configure my web application to require secured channel SSL.
